4works customer register<\/p>

Purpose of the processing of personal data<\/strong><\/p>

The billing and customer information of the 4works.fi extranet forms the core content of the customer register. The information is collected for billing information and tax administration by the billing service.<\/p>

Information content of the register<\/strong><\/p>

The register contains the following information: Last name, first names, e-mail address, address information, telephone number, personal identity number, professional title, marketing name, company business ID, company name, OmaVero RF reference, bank account number, tax information, salary information.<\/p>

Billing customers: name, company ID, VAT ID, contact person, e-mail address, street address, postal code, city, country, telephone number.<\/p>

Regular sources of information<\/strong><\/p>

Information about the customer is obtained, for example:<\/p>

Through the registration form
From the customer himself through billing information
From the customer himself by e-mail or telephone, in connection with the customer relationship, assignment or joint project
Based on billing information or public contact information of the customer or partner<\/p>

Regular disclosures<\/strong><\/p>

4works Palvelut Oy does not pass on the information in the register to third parties.<\/p>

Data transfer outside the EU or the EEA<\/strong><\/p>

In marketing, 4works Palvelut Oy utilizes, for example, the MailChimp mailing program, in which case personal data is stored outside the EU (USA). MailChimp complies with the EU-approved Privacy Shileld data protection program.<\/p>

Registry security principles<\/strong><\/p>

The register is protected in the electronic systems of 4works Palvelut Oy and its subcontractors, which comply with appropriate data protection. The data can only be processed by persons whose work tasks are objectively related to the data. For example, an accountant handles invoices and a website and extranet technical editor for technical maintenance work. Data is not stored manually.<\/p>

Right of inspection<\/strong><\/p>

A member of 4works Palvelut Oy’s 4works.fi customer register has the right to check the stored information concerning him or her.<\/p>

Right to demand correction of information<\/strong><\/p>

If necessary, the data subject must send a Request for Correction of the information to customerservice@4works.fi and we will correct the information.<\/p>
