Se il servizio di fatturazione non si occupa di questi aspetti, potrebbero ricadere su di voi in seguito sotto forma di multe o ingiunzioni di pagamento.<\/p><p><strong>Lo sapevate che<\/strong> che c'\u00e8 una totale mancanza di legislazione nel settore dei servizi di fatturazione? Se avete scelto saggiamente un servizio di fatturazione che ha un'assicurazione di responsabilit\u00e0 civile completa anche per il vostro settore, in caso di danni, l'assicurazione del servizio di fatturazione coprir\u00e0 i danni, in base alle condizioni assicurative.<\/p><p>Se nelle pagine del servizio di fatturazione non ci sono informazioni chiare sull'assicurazione di responsabilit\u00e0 civile, chiedete di vedere una <strong>certificato di assicurazione<\/strong> che spiega:<\/p><p>- L'assicurazione \u00e8 valida per gli imprenditori leggeri che fatturano attraverso il servizio di fatturazione? No, l'assicurazione copre solo l'attivit\u00e0 del servizio di fatturazione.<br \/>- Quali settori copre l'assicurazione? Non \u00e8 sufficiente che l'assicurazione sia stipulata per la riparazione di autoveicoli se il vostro settore \u00e8 l'edilizia, le pulizie o altro.<br \/>- Quali importi di compensazione si applicano al vostro settore.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Pertanto, prima di scegliere un servizio di fatturazione, controllate l'assicurazione di responsabilit\u00e0 civile e
